Naturopathic medicine is a holistic approach to wellness. This approach involves identifying the underlying causes or dysfunctions of your condition and tailoring the treatment plan to address your individual needs. As a result, each treatment plan is different from one client to the next. With the use of nutrition, supplementation and herbal medicine, we can improve your body’s natural healing response and restore the body’s health function into balance, or what Naturopaths call ‘homeostasis’.
My aim as a Naturopath is to help you achieve your personal goals, whatever they may be. Whether it is minimising the symptoms of illness, reducing stress, boosting energy, eliminating inflammation or managing weight issues, I am here to support your body’s capacity to heal so that you can lead a more productive, fulfilling life.

Contemporary Pilates
Contemporary Pilates is a modern movement system that considers the body and mind as a union. Specific exercises and sequencing enhance physical, mental and energetic balance, optimise posture, strengthen core and stabilising muscles and improve mobility.
Contemporary Pilates is suitable for people of all age groups and fitness levels, particularly if you are having difficulty moving freely or are experiencing muscle or joint pain. Being a relatively low-intensity exercise, it is a great way to de-stress and unwind.
Our Contemporary Pilates classes are run in a comfortable home environment on an individual basis.
Personal Training

We offer personal training sessions in a comfortable home environment on an individual basis. These sessions range from 30 min to 1 hour and are customised to suit your individual needs and health goals. We focus on the fundamentals of fitness and wellbeing, emphasising how you feel, rather than solely how you look. Our services include:
- One-on-one training
- Strength and conditioning
- Functional movement exercises
- Boxing
- Menopause fitness


Remedial massage
Remedial massage is a healing treatment which involves a range of techniques
from deep tissue massage to trigger point therapy. It can be gentle or
strong, deep or shallow. This form of massage is an effective treatment for
those with damaged, impaired, knotted, tense or immobile muscles and joints.
It is therefore useful in healing conditions such as:
- Neck pain;
- Back pain; and
- Tension headaches.
It also works to improve blood circulation and supply, thereby allowing the
removal of toxins from the muscles.
We offer remedial massage sessions ranging from one hour to 90 minutes. If
you have not experienced a quality remedial massage, we highly recommend
it.
